Ork and Genestealers melded together into grotesque hybrids, thirty times over.

The core mob in my Ork/Genestealer Hybrid army, forming the centre of the battleline. There’s subtle variations on the head conversion throughout. Lots of three-armed monstrosities ready to taste manflesh.

Fgah! Apocalypse was sickening the one time I tried it with this army. Scooping up a dozen casualty models a time when they're so extensively converted and painted was disheartening.
I think a tutorial is in order on how I did the conversions Lamenter.
Lots more of the rest of the army to come in the very near future. I've got 1500 points fully-painted, and some add-ons I'd like to do this years (like Freebootaz).
A tutorial would be very cool.
I had a brood of the original models back in the early 90s, and I'm considering recreating them for nostalgias sake.
I love those original models. See mine here. That's what started me off, that and the Freebooterz fluff book.
Very tempted to do some Khorne Stormboyz in a similar vein.
Hi!
What a fantastic Hybrid group !
I have a Genestealork Kult myself and your heads' modification inspired me to do it myself (I "genestole" it). A great idea to mix genestealers' and orks' heads.

Super freaking cool. My first army was a genestealer cult and I will always have a soft spot for this kind of project.
There’s something that screams vintage about the concept. The purples, the scary bald heads, the weird techy look. It’s really odd how Workshop haven’t revisited the concept since – bashing together tech and alien anatomy. Though the fanbase’s done it often enough.
