Two weeks back Ninjabread ran a comic about the upcoming Kings of War from Mantic. The comic was posted to Warseer where it was deleted for being offensive and insulting. Oddly enough Mantic posted it on their blog. Either:

1.  They understand satire whereas Warseer conforms to the American sterotype

2.  They too find it insulting but as they’ve got good people running their PR machine they posted it anyway

Anway, Kings of War public beta was released to their newsletter subscribers last Friday. I’ll refrain from commenting until I’ve played a few games. We’ll probably be using Warhammer models to trial their rules, which is a touch ironic.
