It’s been a gorgeous weekend here at Ninjabread Towers, so much so rather than enjoy the sedentary indoor wargaming hobby I experimented with a sedentary outdoor wargaming hobby. Here I am sat on the banks of a canal painting Dwarves.

I brought the lamp outside as I was unclear as to the exact function of the celestial light-bearing skyorb.
Did you know you can like Ninjabread on Facebook?

More importantly, did you know you *should* “Like” Ninjabread on Facebook?
…or else.
When did you do that? – I had a nice walk along the canals on Saturday, was a gorgeous day for it – even with random bagpiper outside Dukes 42
That was Saturday afternoon. That spot’s quite nice for sitting out on as it’s all private property, and there are no disruptive random passers-by.
Chris you forgot to put the cap for the coins in front of you. I approve of painting dwarfs though.
Nurrrrr.
I don’t dare ask what the pint of yellow liquid is just in case I get the wrong answer. The only problem I’d see with painting outside is that the lighting’s just *too* good – hard to beat that firey ball of gas for light once you get back indoors… may contemplate taking my nerdery bits and pieces outside for some assembling / basing in the summer months though :) thanks for the inspiration
Hope you had your Factor 50 on.
Btw… two pints, one filled with a pale yellow liquid. Is that so you didn’t have to go back indoors for the loo?
If I wanted to wee outdoors, then surely I’d just do it into the canal?
Because then you’d have to get up and that would interrupt valuable paintage time.
“I don’t dare ask what the pint of yellow liquid is”
Curis has unlocked a new weapon – “Jarate.”
It tickles Mee that you took you lamp with you!
Yeah, the lamp amused me too, you must have one heck of a long extension lead for it!
The lamp’s solar-powered.
Ah, so it captures daylight to power the daylight simulating bulb? Most triumphant.
It’s Curis’ way of giving the middle finger to nature.
