Fellow Flame On-ion, and regular guest on Games Workshop’s What’s New Today blog, Warboss Kurgan, saw the awful-but-fun Three Musketeers movie. He’s decided to homage it in an Warhammer fashion. Specifically in a Mordheim Orc and Goblin fashion.

Presenting the the More-than-three Musketorcs. Orc for one and one for Orc!

Three Musketorcs

Swashbuckling, hard-drinking and rebellious the more-than-three MusketOrcs fight and argue their way through life like most Orcs… but with a lot more style.

Hogtagnon (Orc Shaman)

Three Musketorcs

The smallest and youngest of the MusketOrcs but the most hot-headed and impetuous, he is always running head-long into a fight he can’t win. Somehow he has never noticed that he is a Shaman and it is his magical powers that get him out of peril more often than not!

Wathos (Orc Boss)

Three Musketorcs

The oldest MusketOrc, he is a swaggering drunk who is a grizzled veteran with a very dark outlook on life, which makes him seem brave to the point of suicidal.

Arrer-miss (Orc Big’Un)

Three Musketorcs

The quiet and thoughtful one: skilled with a blade and armed with an equally sharp wit but he is suspicious and untrusting.

Boarthos (Orc Big’Un)

Three Musketorcs

A greedy and gluttonous but optimistic Orc, he is immensely strong and loyal to the other MusketOrcs but stupid and vain.

Warboss Kurgan (I’m talking about a real life person now, not an Orc – gah, Orcs with names homaging 17th century Frenchmen and men with Orc names, this is too much for Wednesday morning) … er … yes … Warboss Kurgan started out with sketches of his idea. He porbably did these in the cinema such was his enthusiasm.

Three Musketorcs

Then realised his vision in putty and plastic.

Three Musketorcs

I hear he has a Troll planned too. Stay peeled.
